  • Extruded Bonded

Often called “extruded and bonded”, this type of chain link fence features polyvinyl chloride, or PVC, that has been applied by pressure to a steel core wire coated with adhesive.

Our extruding process features the steel core wire traveling through the extruding machine, where the PVC is melted and compressed directly onto the heated adhesive under 5000 lbs of pressure to create a dense and impervious coating.

Our extruded bonded fence comes in the below 12 different standard colors.

    Fused Bonded

    What does “Fused Bonded” mean?”

Fused bonding is the process where PVC, or polyvinyl chloride, is thermally fused to a core steel wire to not only protect it, but also to create an outer layer with color. In other words, the fused bonding process literally bakes the PVC onto the wire.

The PVC-coated wire is then woven into a chain link fence of various mesh sizes, heights, and colors. The PVC-coating on fused bonded wire is thinner than extruded bonded wire (the other type of PVC-coated wire), yet it is tougher and more resistant to peeling.

Swan Fence has the below six standard colors available, and we are also able to match any custom color to satisfy our customers.

  • Temporary Fence

Need high quality temporary fence panels, stands, and panel clamps for your next event or job site? We have a large inventory of 6’ x 10’, 6’ x 12’, and 8’ x 10’ panels to meet your needs. All panels are constructed with a sturdy 1-3/8” x 16GA tube frame with a 2-1/4” mesh and one vertical brace in the center. Our panel stands are built with a 1-5/8” frame for increased durability.

Each stand can support two panels side-by-side, with the panels slipping in over the upright sections of the panel stands. When thinking about the needs for your next job, consider that you will need the same number of stands as panels, plus one more stand. Windscreens are also available.

Please note that we do not rent any fence panels or equipment.

    Anti Climb Fence

Anti-climb chain link fence is a type of mini mesh security fence that gets its name from its tightly woven wire mesh. With holes too small to grip and climb, anti-climb chain link fence is an ideal choice for high security environments such as prisons, government buildings, military bases, public utilities, or any other installations where there is a strong emphasis on perimeter protection.

Anti-climb chain link fence is also extremely resistant to any cutting or tampering since the fine mesh is too small for both bolt cutters and pliers to fit and operate. Barbed wire or Razor Ribbon can also be installed on top to further increase security.

Anti-climb chain link fence has a 3/8” mesh, and comes in the below gauges and types.

  • Aluminized

Aluminized chain link fence is not made entirely from aluminum, it is steel wire that has been coated with aluminum to provide protection against environmental effects.

This type of chain link fence is often used in commercial and industrial application where ultra-strong durability is required.

    Galvanized

For all your standard everyday projects, galvanized chain link fence is a product that has been a consistent choice for decades. Galvanized chain link fencing is a low maintenance fence option that is valued for its cost-performance and durability. We manufacture galvanized fence in a variety of heights
(from 2’ all the way up to 20’ or more) and mesh sizes (standard 2” to as small as ¼”).

All of our galvanized chain link fence is manufactured using GBW (galvanized before weaving) wire, which is first galvanized with a zinc coating before being woven into chain link fabric. GBW wire features a smooth finish, lasts longer, and eliminates the zinc ‘icicles’ that can often form on the wires of GAW (galvanized after weaving) fences.
